Join Team Brooklyn!
Join Team Brooklyn and connect with eco-conscious cyclists in New York's largest borough. Team Brooklyn is a way to build on the momentum of last year's ride and help people keep in touch during the year. We meet monthly for Happy Hour around Brooklyn, have a team shirt and slogan, organize training rides and provide fundraising support – and perhaps even a team fundraising event – in general provide support to each other, become friends and have fun.
In 2008, we had 18 riders and 13 crew from Brooklyn. We hope that everyone joins the new Team Brooklyn and recruits at least one friend as well - we are aiming for a team of 40 people for the 2009 Ride.
