Join me in Hazon's 9th annual NY Jewish Environmental Bike Ride!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU dear friends...there's still time to donate!! I'm almost there...Please help me reach my fundraising goal! Over Labor Day weekend, I rode with nearly 200 riders in Hazon’s 2009 Jewish Environmental Bike Ride! We rode 100 miles into Manhattan over two days, climbing moutains, crossing bridges, winding beside rivers, farms, cornfields, plum trees and cows. I took on this challenge to help raise environmental awareness, and to add the Jewish community's voice to calls for environmental responsibility. The money you contribute to my Ride will be used to support Hazon’s year-round work with food in the Jewish community, and many other amazing Jewish Environmental groups, like the Teva Learning Center. The funds are also distributed to support innovative environmental projects all over US and in Israel. You can read more information about where the money will go at www.hazon.org.
